For sanitizing, the surface must remain wet for 10 seconds before allowing it to air dry. For disinfecting hard surfaces, they must remain wet for 3 minutes before air drying, and soft surfaces should stay wet for 10 minutes before air drying.

For controlling mold and mildew, apply the spray to a pre-cleaned surface and let it remain wet for 3 minutes before allowing it to air dry. Repeat this process in weekly intervals or when mold and mildew growth reappears.
